Rachel Goulet BSc., DOMP (Osteopathic Manual Practitioner)
Rachel completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology before attaining her diploma in Massage Therapy in 1998. Since then she has continued to take courses in Pregnancy Massage, Myofascial Release, Muscle Energy, Strain/Counterstrain, Neuromuscular Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy. This led her to enroll in the Osteopathic program in Toronto and in 2010, after completing a thesis on the effects of treating scar tissue, she became an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Her love for learning did not stop after graduating from Osteopathy. She continues to regularly attend workshops and courses to enhance her treatments. Rachel’s new found passion is in treating babies and children. She believes that if you can treat a child when they are young you can help prevent some of the strains and tensions that they might carry to adulthood.
Her client population ranges from infants to the elderly. She has also had the opportunity to attend 9 births (hospital and home) as a labour support provider. Rachel upholds that when the body is in balance it can do what it is naturally designed to do…heal itself.

Tracy Nguyen
Registered Social Worker/ Psychotherapist
After graduating from York University where she earned Master’s Degree in Social Work, Tracy worked as a Clinical Social Worker for a mental health agency in Toronto. Later on, she worked for a school board in Mississauga supporting international students with their practical and emotional needs so they can focus on studying well in school. When COVID hit, Tracy decided to quit her office job, homeschooled her daughter and started her online counselling private practice. After living in Mississauga for a while, she moved to Niagara region and has been loving it ever since.
With over ten years of experience in supportive counselling, Tracy focuses on helping people create change and reach their goals. She finds Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) is a good place to start. She incorporates Adult Attachment Focused Therapy (AAFT) to see how your feelings, thoughts and behaviors in present significant relationships relate to your childhood experiences. She utilizes a Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to assist you in recognizing how your feelings, thoughts and behaviors are connected. She also shares various communication skills and techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you have healthier relationships with others. Mindfulness techniques are also useful to help you discover or rediscover your inner strength and ability to grow.
She finds EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a good Body-and-Brain approach to incorporate with the traditional talk therapy to overcome past traumas.
She also became a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) as she wanted to expand her counselling to coaching people to make better choices.
Tracy is passionate about helping her clients to understand how their feelings, thoughts and behaviors in present significant relationships relate to their childhood experiences. She is happy to see how her clients reconcile with their family members and/or make peace with their past so they can live their lives to the fullest.
